Welcome to The Bad Witch Studio! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using this website and purchasing goods or services from me, Bonnie Smith, artist and owner of The Bad Witch Studio.

By accessing this website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All content on this website — including artwork, designs, images, text, graphics, and product listings — is the intellectual property of The Bad Witch Studio (Bonnie Smith).
No artwork, product images, or written content may be copied, reproduced, or resold without prior written permission.

2. Product Information

Each piece — whether original, printed, or handmade — is crafted with intention and described as accurately as possible.
Please note that due to screen differences and natural variations, colors and textures may appear slightly different in person.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated (e.g., commission deposits).

4. Commissions & Custom Work

Custom commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work begins.
Once the artwork is complete, I will contact you to confirm the final sale before shipping. If you choose not to complete the purchase, I will retain ownership of the piece and the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the item type and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.
The Bad Witch Studio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or issues caused by third-party couriers, but I will always do my best to help resolve problems.

6. Returns & Refunds

In short:

  • Original Artwork is final sale.

  • Commissions are non-refundable after the deposit is made.

  • Prints & Limited Editions may be returned or exchanged if damaged, with photo proof submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • All return requests must be submitted before shipping anything back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any local, state, or international laws.
You also agree not to attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the site's functionality or security.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. I do not sell or share your personal data. Your information is used only to process your order and improve your experience. For more, please see the Privacy Policy (if applicable).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bad Witch Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product or service.
